Use and acceptance of the conditions
These trading conditions apply to all merchant transactions between our company (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and B2B merchants (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") on our website www.obsidoskin.com. By making a purchase on the website, the Buyer accepts these conditions in their entirety.

Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the website and are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable charges, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made according to the payment methods available on the website. Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders and Confirmation
When placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that all information provided is correct and accurate. Seller reserves the right to reject an order at its sole discretion. When an order is placed, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, which contains information about the ordered goods, prices, delivery information and any specific conditions.

Delivery
Delivery of goods will be carried out by GLS or PostNord, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and availability of the goods. Any stated delivery times are discretionary and cannot be considered binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

Complaints and right of return
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods on receipt and report any defects or damage to the Seller within a reasonable time after receipt.

Complaints must be submitted in writing by e-mail (info@saralorentsen.com) with pictures and/or video of the damage in question and contain details of the alleged defects. The seller will handle complaints in accordance with applicable legislation and its internal complaints procedure. When returning goods in connection with an approved complaint or in accordance with the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must follow the Seller's instructions and conditions for return.

Property rights
Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price and any other costs in connection with the purchase. Until payment is completed, the goods remain the property of the Seller.

Limitation of liability
Seller assumes no liability for any indirect, consequential or loss arising from the use of the goods or services, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The seller's total liability in connection with a given order is limited to the actual value of the goods purchased.

Changes to the Terms
Seller reserves the right to change these conditions with or without notice. Changes take effect from the time they are published on the website. It is the Buyer's responsibility to keep up to date on any changes to the conditions.

Disputes and choice of law
Any dispute between Seller and Buyer that cannot be resolved amicably must be settled in accordance with current Danish legislation and brought before the Danish courts.

These general dealer terms and conditions form the basis of our cooperation. If there are any specific changes or adjustments you would like to make, please let us know so we can adjust the terms to suit your needs.

Goods for professional use and resale
The goods sold by OBSIDO SKIN are both for professional use and for resale. It is the dealer's responsibility that the products are used correctly in the clinic and that the correct instructions are given when reselling the OBSIDO SKIN products. In the event of abuse, Sara Lorentsen Skin Expert ApS reserves the right to terminate the collaboration and revoke the granted authorization.

Documentation
All OBSIDO SKIN products are approved according to current EU regulations. Where possible, efforts are made to achieve even better and stronger requirements for safety, health and the environment. Sara Lorentsen Skin Expert ApS is responsible for correct guidance on product use of the OBSIDO SKIN products

3. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail with account activation , where you must create a new code for your new login.

5. Now you can see our retail prices in the shop and buy or place an order on the website.

It is possible to create an order and pay directly via our online payment solutions.

We do not have a minimum amount for which you must buy, as we want to help you get started with the products in the size of the business you are in and help you grow.

However, there is a minimum amount for shipping. Buy for over DKK 2500 and save DKK 95 on shipping.

Delivery area: We deliver both nationally and internationally.

Danish delivery time : approx. 1-3 working days.
International delivery time : approx. 7-21 working days depending on location.

The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT and delivery, and unless the goods have been paid for by credit card via the internet or another payment deadline has been agreed, the goods will be sent with freight.

If a payment credit has been agreed, the goods are invoiced as soon as the order has been dispatched, and the payment deadline is calculated from the invoice date.

We reserve the right of ownership of delivered products until the goods have been paid for.

We value your cooperation as a dealer at OBSIDO SKIN, and we will always endeavor to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable legislation and best practices in data protection.

There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to email info@saralorentsen.com .

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Sara Lorentsen Skin Expert ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Sara Lorentsen Skin Expert ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
